CSO took occupancy of 20,000 s/f of new space in October for consolidation of its management offices as well as the addition of a large outpatient service center for clients. The CSO space includes the entire 2nd floor and the majority of the 3rd floor of the newly constructed project.

According to Development Associates of Agawam, the developer, manager and leasing agent for the project, a number of prospects are considering this last space in 8 Atwood Dr. and they expect it to be leased soon.
