Bedford, NH Jonathan Devine has joined TFMoran as a survey field technician. Devine recently graduated from Montana State University where he earned a Bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering. His studies included hydrology, groundwater, and wetlands, and he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Land Resources & Environmental Science at MSU. 

Additionally, he has an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from the state of New Hampshire. Devine is also a licensed commercial boat captain and avid outdoorsman.
