Devoe joins Rockland Trust as a vice president

Danvers, MA Rockland Trust has hired Derek Devoe to the North of Boston Commercial Banking team as a vice president, commercial banking officer. Devoe will be responsible for developing new and managing existing commercial real estate (CRE) relationships, including delivering customized banking, credit, and treasury solutions that support long-term business growth across the North of Boston region.

As a North Shore native, Devoe has dedicated his career to serving his local community through commercial banking. With over 25 years of financial services experience, he most recently served as a commercial loan officer at Eagle Bank where he was a top producer for commercial deposit growth in 2023 and 2024. 

He has previously held positions at Middlesex Federal Savings Bank, North Shore Bank, Metro Credit Union and Washington Savings Bank.

Devoe studied Business and Accounting at Salem State University. An active member of his community, he has coached baseball and basketball for Danvers Youth Sports for the past six years. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell.
