Westborough, MA Tyler DeWolfe and Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. represented the seller, R.G. Shakour, Inc. in the sale of a 34,500 s/f manufacturing building at 254 Turnpike Rd. The 6.2-acre parcel is located on Rte. 9. The buyer, Rakks, plans to relocate its company to the new facility. Rakks specializes in the design, development, and production of innovative architectural shelving systems.
