DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties leases 30,000 s/f
Walpole, MA Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokered a lease deal for a 30,000 s/f industrial building located at 24 Industrial Rd.
The property was leased by White Mamba LLC, a basketball training and development team run by former Boston Celtic, Brian Scalabrine.
Team White Mamba is dedicated to the growth and development of young athletes and will use this facility to host single day events featuring half-court and full-court games.
