Diageo renews 1,600 s/f lease for their regional sales office at Braintree Executive Park

Diageo, one of the world's largest multinational beer, wine and spirits company, has renewed the 1,600 s/f lease for their regional sales office at Braintree Executive Park (BEP) at 150 Grossman Dr. Richard McKinnon, exclusive broker for the property, represented Diageo and the landlord, Braintree Executive Park Trust LLC in lease negotiations. Diageo markets such brands as Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Captain Morgan, Baileys, J&B, José Cuervo, Tanqueray, Guinness, and Crown Royal, among others. Among other tenants at Braintree Executive Park are Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Bank of America, Genworth, Rockland Trust, and Manpower International. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
