Dickinson joins Pearce Real Estate as residential sales associate

Guilford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Shanna Dickinson has joined the company as residential sales associate in the Shoreline Guilford office and is a member of the Popplewell Team, consisting of Sue and Amanda Popplewell.

“We are happy to welcome Shanna Dickinson as our newest agent ,” said Pearce. “She is tech-savvy, energetic and personable, and knows the Shoreline area very well.  She’ll be an asset for us – and our clients.”

Dickinson has a BS in Business from Albertus Magnus College, and a diploma in software and business administration.

She previously worked as an administrative assistant in private industry.  She cited Pearce as an ideal employer based on its welcoming environment and its reputation for training and mentoring. The Popplewell Team, named 2016 Top Producing team for the Guilford office, also played a significant role in her joining the Company.  Using them as her own agents to buy her first home a number of years ago, Ms. Dickinson indicted that she continues to be impressed by their comprehensive approach to real estate and their work ethic on behalf of clients.
