Dickson of Stebbin Comm'l. Props. reps AFSCME Council 93 in 3,000 s/f sale

Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 3,000 s/f of office space located at 195 McGregor St., the Brady Sullivan Millworks Commercial Condominiums. Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent at Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer AFSCME Council 93 of 8 Beacon St., Boston. Council 93 was interested in moving into Manchester, as it was more centrally located to conduct the Council's business for the various unions it represents. Ben Kelly of Brady Sullivan Properties represented the seller. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $350,000.
