Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties brokers $345,000 sale
1892 Elm Street - Manchester, NHManchester, NH According to Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent for Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., United Property Holdings LLC has purchased the 2,470 s/f office building at 1892 Elm St.
Dickson represented the owner, Carol Williams Family Trust of Bedford, NH and Michael Caouette from Keller Williams Realty Metro represented the buyer. The Registry of Deeds showed the sale price was $345,000.
