Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. handles 14,200 s/f lease
Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent for Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. recently completed 14,200 s/f of warehouse leases at 548 Donald St.
Three new tenants that are occupying this space are Century Magnetics, Inc., Charger Water Treatment, Inc., and Fireplace Products, Inc.
Dickson represented the landlord, Patryn Family Trust.
Dickson also completed the sale of a 3,500 s/f office building at 831 Union St.
Doug Martin of Grubb & Ellis / Northern New England represented the buyer, Howard & Ruoff, PLLC.
Dickson and Stebbins represented Shaunna Brown in this transaction.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price for this property was $330,000.
