Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. handles sale of 542 Harvey Road for $345,000
Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent for Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 542 Harvey Rd., to Continental Business Systems of Manchester. Continental Business Systems will use the space for office, warehouse and distribution needs.
Dickson represented the seller, Dave Martel.
The Registry of Deeds showed the sale price was $345,000.
Stebbins Commercial is an independent commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial, investment properties and land. The brokers and staff utilize over 65 years of combined commercial property and real estate investment experience.
