Londonderry, NH According to Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent for Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., Ship Naked LLC of Salem, NH has leased 24,000 s/f industrial space at 34 Londonderry Rd.
Dickson represented the owner, Wakefield Investments, Inc. of Wakefield, Mass. and Scott Reiff from Berkshire Hathaway in Londonderry, assisted the lessee. The space will be used as a distribution center for Ship Naked LLC.
