McLaughlin named director of construction operations for Fulcrum Associates

Amherst, NH According to Fulcrum Associates, Mike McLaughlin has been named director of construction operations. McLaughlin brings 20 years of hands on project management and leadership experience in the design and construction environments to his new position with Fulcrum.

In his role as director of construction operations, McLaughlin will be responsible for implementation, coordination, and tracking all project management and field operations.

During his career, he has been involved in the construction management of numerous renovations and new construction building projects in the corporate commercial, institutional, medical, industrial and hospital environments within the framework of design-build, construction management and stipulated sum contracts.  He actively helps execute the pre-construction and construction phases of our projects including design facilitation, estimating, project delivery, cost analysis and reporting, as well as project closeout.
