Dieker and Tamposi of CBRE broker $3m sale for Standex International Corp.

CB Richard Ellis has facilitated the sale of 6 Manor Parkway, a 29,355 s/f office building located adjacent to I-93, for $3 million. The CBRE team of Roger Dieker, managing broker of the CBRE Manchester office, and Mike Tamposi, associate, represented the seller, Standex International Corp., and procured buyer 6 Manor Parkway LLC, a commercial property investment firm. "6 Manor Parkway benefits from an excellent location at exit 2 on I-93, which is currently being widened," said CBRE's Dieker. "The increased accessibility of Southern New Hampshire due to the widening of I-93 will only enhance the desirability of the office properties in this region," he added. 6 Manor Parkway is situated on approximately 5 acres adjacent to I-93. Built in 1987, the single-story office building has been well-maintained and features an attractive interior courtyard and parking for over 80 vehicles. The property is located off of Pelham Rd., one mile from downtown, two miles from Rockingham Park and four miles from the I-93/Route 213 interchange.
