CBRE/New England has brokered a new office lease at
20 Trafalgar Sq., The Glass Tower. Hamblett & Kerrigan, a law firm serving clients in the city and throughout New England for over 120 years, will occupy 7,206 s/f at the property. The law firm is moving from 146 Main St. in downtown where they had a long-term lease.
CBRE/NE's Roger Dieker, first vice president, represented the tenant. The landlord, TNK Associates, was represented by Jon Tamposi of Korsak Realty.
"20 Trafalgar Sq. will suit Hamblett & Kerrigan's needs very well," said Dieker. "Financially, this was a prudent move for Hamblett & Kerrigan. The move into newly constructed and more efficient space will improve their business image and accessibility at one of Nashua's premier addresses. They are now very well positioned to serve their clients for years to come."
"Finding the right space can be challenging because there are many factors to consider," said attorney Beth Davis of Hamblett & Kerrigan. "Not only did this move have to be right for us, but also for our clients. Remaining in Nashua was essential. We relied on Roger and CBRE/NE's expertise to guide us through the process. We were pleasantly surprised with the number of quality options we had; using CBRE/NE's methodical evaluation protocol helped us stay focused to evaluate each option thoroughly."
Built in 1989 and comprised of 100,000 s/f, 20 Trafalgar Sq. is an ideal location for many companies. The six-story glass building, known as The Glass Tower, is located immediately off Exit 8 of the F.E. Everett Turnpike (Rte. 3) and is 10 minutes from the Massachusetts border. 20 Trafalgar Sq. boasts 24-hour maintenance, a cafeteria, on-site showers, tennis courts and ample free parking. Nearby amenities include the award-winning Crowne Plaza Hotel, dining, retail, salons, fitness and daycare.
