DiGangi of Roche Realty Group sells 6,696 s/f retail strip center
Gail DiGangi of Roche Realty Group in Meredith, recently sold a landmark retail strip center at 588 Endicott St. North (Rte. 3). The building includes 6,696 s/f on approximately one acre with road footage. Four rental units plus a two-bedroom apartment are included.
Cook Sanborn was the seller of the property. The property was sold to a New Hampshire developer. "The land and building is located directly across the street from Funspot and enjoys maximum visibility with an excellent traffic count," said DiGangi.
Wakefield, NC Wilder and Greenberg Gibbons have formed a joint venture to acquire Wakefield Commons, a 163,975 s/f shopping center located in the high-growth submarket of Raleigh, N.C. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for both firms – representing Wilder’s entry into the North Carolina market
