Gill of Sea Watch Realty brokers 3,500 s/f lease at Shoppes at Long Pond

Sea Watch Realty has brokered the sale of the restaurant FF&E and the lease of the 3,500 s/f unit at The Shoppes at Long Pond at Exit 5. Jim Gill represented both the seller and buyer, Michael DePaolo of Il Maestro Restaurante. The Italian dining restaurant opened this summer. Gill will continue to market the available space in the 17,000 s/f upscale plaza which is also home to Scottrade and Radio Shack. Sea Watch Realty has offices in Plymouth, Hyannis, Falmouth, and Marion.

Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
