DiPrete Eng. promotes Guglielmo and Aybar

Cranston, RI DiPrete Engineering has promoted Sheryl Guglielmo, LEED AP, to senior project manager. A resident of Attleboro, Guglielmo joined DiPrete in 2006 after earning a degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Guglielmo recently managed the site/civil engineering for a new building at Millstone Medical Outsourcing, LLC’s headquarters in Fall River. As senior project manager, she will continue to run and develop her own portfolio, represent and build upon the firm’s brand in the Southern New England Region, and represent and navigate clients and their projects through the real estate development process ultimately to construction completion.

In addition, Pamela Aybar, EIT, has been promoted to project engineer. Aybar joined DiPrete in 2018 after working as a civil designer in Pawtucket, R.I. for three years and as an onsite field engineer in the Dominican Republic prior to that. Aybar earned her degree from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC) in the Dominican Republic.

Aybar is currently working as the lead engineer for a high-profile commercial solar project. As Project Engineer, she will handle project designs that meet regulatory requirements and client needs, as well as coordinate and schedule regulatory submittals.
