Dedham, MA DiPrete Engineering is branching out.  In response to several client requests, we are now licensed to do survey work in New Hampshire. The northern exposure will help DiPrete Engineering expand its footprint and pave the way for more opportunities to work with local municipalities and developers on future projects.

“Without a permanent land surveying license, the regulations in New Hampshire allowed us to do one project per registered surveyor,” said Brian Timm, senior project manager at DiPrete Engineering. “If an opportunity presented itself, we had to make a strategic decision whether to pursue it.”

Senior project manager Michael Gavitt passed the test in April to be a licensed land surveyor in N.H..  Gavitt is also licensed in Rhode Island, Mass. and Conn., and is required to know the rules and regulations of each state and how they differ from the others.

Though DiPrete Engineering is not actively promoting or advertising services for N.H. work, the firm sees signs of increased development in the state.
