Brighton, MA DIV 1515 Commonwealth, LLC, an affiliate of The Davis Companies (Davis), has launched presales and preleasing at 1515 Commonwealth Ave., a new luxury development bringing 252 housing units to the area. The first residents will move in to 1515 Comm Ave. this fall.

Hew at 1515, the seven-story rental apartment building, offers studios and 1-2+den-bedroom units to rent that include open-concept living and kitchen spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, brass finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, and skyline views. 

The building includes amenities such as private work rooms and co-working spaces, fitness center, clubroom with a catering kitchen and lounge space, and roof deck with grills, fire pits, and a sun deck. Hew will deliver and be ready for first move-ins this Summer.
