Diversified Project Management completes 38,000 s/f relocation of MIB

Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM), a construction management, facilities and move-planning firm, has completed MIB Group's relocation to 50 Braintree Hill Office Park in Braintree, Mass. The MIB Group, a membership corporation, previously owned and occupied space at 160 University Ave. in Westwood, Mass. Diversified provided preconstruction consulting and relocation management for 160 employees. The new space includes workstations, offices, kitchen, conference rooms and boardroom. "Diversified was very helpful throughout the entire process and the move went as smoothly as we could have hoped for," said Jay Cook, president and CEO. "They did a wonderful job with the movers and supporting us prior to the move." DPM has managed construction and relocations projects for many insurance firms including OneBeacon Insurance, Aviva Life Insurance, The Hartford, Chicago Title Insurance and others.
