Diversified Project Management completes construction management services for $10 million Natick community/senior center

Diversified Project Management (DPM) completed construction management services for the town's $10 million community/senior center, located at 177 East Central St. Sitting on the site of the former senior center and courthouse property, the 28,000 s/f facility has all new amenities including a gymnasium, multi-purpose meeting hall and full service dining facilities. In addition, the facility features several multipurpose rooms as a large parking area. DPM provided comprehensive CM services including abatement and demolition oversight of the existing building and remediation of ledge and contaminated soils from the site. DPM project executive Frank Kennedy, senior project manager, Tony Sievers, and construction site manager, Larry Connors worked with Natick's building committee and all members of the project team including Graham Meus Architects, TLT Construction, Inc. and WSP Flack & Kurtz, to deliver the facility. DPM has recently completed a similar project for the town of Holyoke, is managing Westfield's new senior center and has been selected to manage the new senior center in the town of Sterling, Mass.
