Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) has completed Safety Insurance's 104,000 s/f renovation and restack project.
Safety Insurance renewed, renovated and restacked its 104,000 s/f of space at 20 Custom House St. Renovations included 9 floors, lobbies, cafeteria and main reception area. The space remained occupied as DPM managed the construction and multiple staff relocations. Maugel Architects and Elaine Construction did the job providing design and construction services.
