Dolben Company, Inc. begins pre-leasing at the 256-unit Corsa at Tuscan Village

Salem, NH  The Dolben Company, Inc. has begun pre-leasing at Corsa. Corsa is a new 256-unit community, and is owned by Tuscan Village Residential Holdings LLC, an affiliate of The Dolben Co. The site was formerly home to the Rockingham Park horse racing establishment, and is part of Tuscan Village, a mixed-use lifestyle center. Tuscan Village is located within a half-mile of the 1 million s/f Mall at Rockingham Park, anchored by Lord & Taylor and Macy’s, and located west of Rte. 28, offering access to I-93. Corsa is one of the first apartment project approved by the town in many years.

Corsa’s amenities include a 5,500 s/f clubhouse with a great room, business center, fitness room, and game room. The property will also offer Amazon Hub, a package delivery system. Adjacent to the clubhouse is an outdoor swimming pool and grilling area. Corsa offers a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes, featuring granite counters, fully applianced kitchens with stainless steel front appliances, in-home washer/dryers, and a private balcony or patio. The first building will be ready for occupancy in August.
