Donahue Associates Inc. handles 47,000 s/f office lease for Ajax 35 United Drive, LLC

West Bridgewater, MA On behalf of Ajax 35 United Drive, LLC, Donahue Associates Inc. has procured a Fortune 500 company for 47,000 s/f of office space at 35 United Dr. The company has moved into the space.

The open floor plates and ample parking at 35 United enabled the tenant to consolidate two of their existing facilities. This tenant will join existing office tenants, Residential Mortgage Services and Doctors Management Group to occupy all but 5000 s/f of the primary office space. The back-office space remains unoccupied. Plantation Products, Inc. and Jiffy Products of America occupy all of the 490,000 s/f of industrial space at the property. 35 United Dr. is the former Chadwick’s of Boston headquarters facility. Ajax Partners purchased the property in 2014 and has repositioned the asset into a modern office and warehousing facility with competitive pricing.

Ajax Partners was represented by Mark and Betsy Donahue of Donahue Associates.

“We are delighted to have this tenant as our anchor office tenant at 35 United Dr.,” said Ajax Partners principal Stuart Silberberg. “They bring stability, credibility and a long-term perspective to the property. Both the landlord and the tenant spent substantial capital to upgrade the infrastructure, space and finishes to create first class office space.”
