DonFrancesco of Saint James Real Estate Advisors negotiates 11,000 s/f lease for Paolini & Hanley at 28 State Street, Boston
According to Saint James Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Paolini & Haley, a law firm specializing in personal injury, has signed a new long term lease for 11,000 s/f of space at 28 State St. Lisa DonFrancesco, principal exclusively represented the tenant; and DTZ FHO represented the landlord, Equity Office Properties.
Paolini & Haley will be relocating the firm to the building from its current 200 State St. location. The new office space will accommodate the firm's immediate growth plans of adding new attorneys and support staff, which has come about as a result of newly awarded projects to the firm, and the firm's plan for diversification of its business practice. The new location offers improved space design and quality infrastructure for its paperless technology and information systems.
Saint James Real Estate Advisors was established in 2004, as a commercial brokerage firm whose services and capabilities include providing landlord and tenant representation services; investment sales services; advisory services; and strategic partnering.
