Downtown Realty completes $375,000 land sale

Tilton, NH Downtown Realty completed the closing of a 6.16-acre parcel located on Sanborn Rd., which sold for $375,000. The site has received approval for the development of a 60,000 s/f self-storage facility, marking another commercial development milestone in the Lakes Region.

The property was sold by Fairhaven Village LLC and acquired by Tilton Storage II LLC, which plans to move forward with the approved self-storage development on the site.

Self-storage continues to be one of the most resilient and in-demand asset classes in commercial real estate, and this approval positions Tilton Storage II LLC to capitalize on growing demand in the surrounding Lakes Region market.
