Downtown Realty reps. STQ Logistics, LLC in $2.425m purchase the former Tire Warehouse distribution center

Swanzey, NH In a transaction involving the former Tire Warehouse distribution center located at 1042 West Swanzey Rd., Downtown Realty represented the buyer, STQ Logistics, LLC and Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, 1042 RTE10, LLC. 

The buyer acquired this 28,231 s/f warehouse on 11.57 acres, in an all-cash purchase for $2.425 million in Q1 2025. 

The building was constructed in 1994 and features 11 loading docks, 34’ clear height, ample parking, and additional room for expansion for other buildings. The property was 48% occupied at the time of sale and it is expected that STQ Logistics or its affiliates will occupy the remainder of the available space.
