Doyle and Hoban of Haynes Management handle 49,000 s/f in leases

Wellesley, MA The Haynes Management Inc. brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban had one of the busiest summers in company history representing eight landlords in 19 transactions totaling 49,000 s/f. All of the transactions were with new tenants joining the Haynes Management portfolio in the towns of Wellesley and Marlborough.

At 368-370 Washington St. in Wellesley Hills, two leases totaling 8,871 s/f were signed and bring occupancy to 85%.

On Walnut St. in Wellesley, five buildings saw a total of 16,919 s/f leased and bring 100% occupancy to four of the five buildings.

On Washington St. in Wellesley a total of 9,256 s/f was leased in five transactions.

110 Cedar St. saw two transactions totaling 7,619 s/f.

Lastly in Marlborough at 5 Mount Royal Ave., a 3,815 s/f suite was leased by R.W. Holmes.

The following brokerage firms assisted in these deals: Avison Young, CBRE, Carr Healthcare Realty, Colliers, CK Realty and RW Holmes.
