Of the four deals, three were leases with new tenants and one was a renewal with an existing tenant. New tenants include Trial Networks at Echo Bridge Office Park, Wellesley Therapeutic Services at 110 Cedar St. and Renaissance Family Medicine at the Fraser Medical Building located at 332 Washington St. On the renewal front, Motion, LLC, extended their term at 49 Walnut Park.
