Doyle and Hoban of Haynes Management, Inc. brokerage team broker 12,184 s/f in four leases

The Haynes Management, Inc. brokerage team consisting of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban represented the landlord in four transactions totaling 12,184 s/f in Wellesley and Newton, MA. The transactions took place in four different buildings within the Haynes portfolio of commercial office properties. Of the four deals, three were leases with new tenants and one was a renewal with an existing tenant. New tenants include Trial Networks at Echo Bridge Office Park, Wellesley Therapeutic Services at 110 Cedar St. and Renaissance Family Medicine at the Fraser Medical Building located at 332 Washington St. On the renewal front, Motion, LLC, extended their term at 49 Walnut Park. Haynes Management is a Wellesley based real estate management, leasing and development company that specializes in commercial office properties in the western suburbs of Boston, and in southern New Hampshire. Haynes manages 48 office properties and 3 retail properties that total over 1 million s/f of commercial space. Most of our properties have been designed to accommodate tenants that require 1,000 s/f to 10,000 s/f.
