Worcester, MA Alan Doyle, principal of Larew Doyle & Associates, arranged $23.5 million in financing on the Edge at Union Station, an 81 unit/251 bedroom student residence located at 8 Grafton St.

This 8-story redevelopment is located in downtown, with access to Union Train station, which provides commuter train service to Boston.

The Edge at Union station offers fully furnished urban-style apartments with private bathrooms for each bedroom, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full-size washer/dryers and a 50” flat screen TV. Common area amenities include a 24-hour business and computer center, a study room, 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, stadium style video gaming room, bistro and lounge areas.

The lead lender of this participated loan was a Massachusetts based financial institution which provided an attractive fixed rate loan, flexible terms and a timely and professional closing.
