DPI renews 102,000 s/f lease at 135 Will Dr.- C&W and CBRE assist
At 135 Will Dr., JF&S Realty Corporation signed DPI Mid Atlantic to an extension of its 102,000 s/f warehouse lease.
DPI's primary focus in the space is the storage and distribution of Starbucks' dairy products.
135 Will Dr. is a 406,000 s/f facility that is 10 minutes from Rte. 24 and I-95 and 15 minutes from I-93 and Rte. 128.
Cushman & Wakefield senior directors J.P. Plunkett and J.R. McDonald along with associate Ned Havern represented JF&S while CB Richard Ellis first vice president Ed Jarosz represented DPI.
