Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM), has hired Chris Neugebauer as senior project manager. Neugebauer will work from DPM's headquarters in Newton.
Neugebauer will serve as senior project manager at DPM. He has extensive experience working as a project manager, architect and builder, as well as experience in project administration, space planning and interior design.
Neugebauer has managed large-scale projects while working as project manager for Beverly Hospital design and construction. At Beverly Hospital design and construction, Neugebauer was responsible for the supervision of contractors, architects, engineers, interior designers, furniture representatives and associated vendors through all phases of design, construction, occupancy and project delivery, as well as the oversight of schedule, construction quality, expenditure approval and project reporting to management.
Neugebauer also has a wealth of experience working as architect, builder, project manager for Bauer Architectural Design and Builders, project manager for the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, project manager for Harvard Business School, planning and construction, project architect/planner for Brigham & Women's Hospital and project administration and space planner, interior architect for Shepley Bulfinch Richardson/Abbott Architects.

Neugebauer is a graduate of the Boston Architectural Center. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Boston Society of Architects, International Facility Management Association and is a Studio Design Instructor at the Boston Architectural Center.
