Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM) has been retained by Acme Packet to provide comprehensive project management services for its new 123,000 s/f flagship headquarters.
Acme Packet, an industry leader in interactive communications technology, is moving from its 75,000 s/f campus in Burlington to 123,000 s/f at 100 Crosby Dr. Bradford Spencer of Grubb & Ellis represented the company in the negotiation and execution of the lease for the office and engineering space, which will give Acme Packet the option on an additional 20,000 contiguous s/f.
