Dr. Kevin Welch, who owns and operates a dental practice in East Bridgewater, has been re-elected to the board of directors for Mutual Bank, a community bank with nine branches throughout Southeastern Mass. and on Cape Cod.
In this role, Welch, who has been a board member since 1999, will help guide the policy and direction for the independent, mutually-owned bank.
Welch earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Vermont, including a master's degree in Biochemistry. He earned his DMD from Tufts University through a public health scholarship.
In 1986 he purchased an existing dental practice in East Bridgewater. He has practiced at that same location since that time.
"I'm proud to sit on the Board of Directors of such a well-run and solid bank that serves the community in many ways," said Welch.
