Dragon-Phoenix Martial Arts moves to The Shops at Summer St. Crossing
Chelmsford, MA Dragon-Phoenix Martial Arts, a premier kids martial arts and adult martial arts training center, has relocated from their Acton Rd. location to The Shops at Summer Street Crossing located at 7 Summer St. The retail storefront was leased by Eric Szczepkowski, partner and executive vice president of Tri Town Retail Advisors, who represents the ownership of the retail property. The Shops at Summer Street Crossing offer services, clothing, fitness, and restaurant options catering to a vast number of customers throughout the area
“Dragon Phoenix is a great addition to the property,” said Szczepkowski. “The space was previously a fitness studio, so we knew what type of end-user we wanted to look for. They add to the synergy here”
Tri Town Retail Advisors is a retail and hospitality-focused commercial real estate brokerage firm.
