Jacobs and Whittredge of NAI Glickman handle $900,000 building sale

Worcester, MA The 12,000 s/f retail/mixed use building located at 89 Green St. (adjacent to Polar Park) sold for $900,000. Facilitating the sale was Michael Jacobs, principal, and Tim Whittredge, vice president at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. 

The building which formerly was occupied by The Cove music hall was sold by 89 Green St Realty Trust to Gold Block Real Estate LLC.
