Drinkwater and Richard of Marcus & Millichap broker $2.81m sale

Laurie Ann (LA) Drinkwater, CCIM and Seth Richard of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented Herb Chambers of Waterford, LLC in the sale of 33 acres to Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England, represented locally by Sean Duffy of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. who coordinated the efforts with Cushman & Wakefield of New Hampshire. The property, located at 150 Waterford Pkwy. South sold for $2.81 million or $85,417 per acre and is zoned IP-1. Coca-Cola of Northern New England has approvals in hand to construct an 80,000 s/f distribution facility. Plans are to construct 7,250 s/f of office space with warehouse space in the remaining portion. The property is well positioned along the I-95 corridor providing excellent access and exposure.
