Duffy appointed to Village Bank board of directors

Newton, MA According to The Village Bank chairman Kenneth Brennan, James Duffy has been appointed to the board of directors. 

“We are excited to welcome Jim Duffy to the board of directors,” Brennan said. “He has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and we look forward to his contributions to the continued success of our organization.” 

Duffy is the president and CEO of Ravago Holdings America and Blue Tree Holdings, the market leader in polymer distribution, compounding, and resale, which also operates market-leading companies in specialty chemical distribution, building product distribution and manufacturing, and logistics. Prior to his current position, he worked at Entec Polymers, a Ravago Company, where he held the position of president.
