According to REI Service Corp., the listing broker of 36 Lowell St., Birdstone Investments, LLC purchased the 5,000 s/f building as well as the parking lot in the rear of the building. The price according to tax stamps at the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds was $605,000. The property is fully occupied by Richard's Bistro and Star One Funding, Inc. Doris Duhamel-Labbe of REI Service represented the seller, 36 Lowell St., Inc., and Tom Fini of Sperry Van Ness Fini Group represented the buyer.
