Dunham of NAI The Dunham Group leases 15,000 s/f of warehouse space

Motion Industries leased 15,000 s/f of warehouse space at 111 Pine Tree Industrial Parkway from MEGCO. Tom Dunham, SIOR from NAI The Dunham Group and Carey Gilbert from JH Berry & Gilbert, Inc. brokered the lease. In Westbrook C.N. Wood Co. leased 6,960 s/f of industrial space at 84B Warren Ave. from Fairlane 500 Industrial Drive, LLC. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group and Derek Miller from CBRE The Boulos Co. brokered the lease. And Dori Flynn leased 2,100 s/f of mixed-use space at 26 Bridgton Rd. from 24 Bridgton Road Realty. Craig brokered the lease. Precision Electric Motor Sales leased 4,800 s/f of industrial space at 17 Gorham Industrial Park Rd. from Gorham Industrial Warehouse, LLC. John Dumas from NAI The Dunham Group and Lee Nelson from Fishman Realty brokered the lease.
