The property included three buildings: a multi-level office building, a warehouse with an office above, and a garage. Since 1980 this location has been the Headquarters of A. Murphy Inc., a successful electrical contractor.
Durgin represented the seller, B&M Hanover LLC, and procured the buyer,
Le Bureau LLC, System 4, a facility services management company plans to relocate its headquarters there.
