The property, built in 2005, contained 14,500 s/f of first class office space, situated on over six acres. Located close to Rte. 3 it has been the headquarters to Gragil Associates since 2005.
Durgin represented the seller, Pembroke Realty Trust and procured the buyer, B&M Real Estate Investment, LLC. The buyer, who owns and operates an electrical design & contracting company plans to occupy the building in addition to expanding the footprint.
