Durgin of Conway Commercial completes $1 million building sale

Quincy, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, has brokered the sale of an apartment building at 28 Bay State Rd., for $1 million. Located off Quincy Shore Dr., near Marina Bay, the fully occupied brick building contained eight 1-bedroom units.

Durgin represented the seller, Bardavell Limited Partnership, and procured the buyer, 30 Bay State Road LLC. The buyer plans extensive renovations to each unit.

Celebrating its 60th year, Norwell-based Conway Commercial is a division of Jack Conway, Realtor, one of the largest independent real estate companies in New England. Conway Commercial is a member of the following boards & Organizations:
