Durgin of Conway Commercial handles $19 million sale of Route 3 Industrial Park

Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, recently brokered the sale of the Rte. 3 Industrial Park for $19 million. This deal is the largest in the 58-year history of Jack Conway & Company, Inc. The park, located on Finnell Dr., and less than a mile from the Rte. 3 and Rte. 18 interchange, consists of five buildings totaling 250,000 s/f, along with a cell tower on 25 acres. Built, managed, and very well maintained by the Finnell Family for more than 40 years, the park has been consistently close to full occupancy with businesses ranging from high tech, manufacturing, office, warehousing, and distribution centers. Durgin represented the seller, The Finnell Company, LLC and procured the buyer, RPI Capital Management LLC. "We are all very proud of the expertise Paul showed in arranging this historical transaction for the South Shore community and for Jack Conway & Co.," said company CEO Carol Conway Bulman.
