Durgin of Jack Conway Commercial brokers $2.5 million sale of retail building
Milton, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Jack Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of 502 Granite Ave. for $2.5 million.
Located just off the Southeast Expwy., the 4,100 s/f building spans two levels and is positioned along a corridor with more than 200,000 vehicles passing the property each day. Previous occupants included Kennedy Carpet, Mattress Firm and most recently Rebuilt Fitness.
Durgin exclusively represented the seller, Falconi Properties LLC and procured the buyer, 321G LLC who plan on using the building as the headquarters for its professional organization.
