Durgin of Jack Conway Commercial sells 21,400 s/f property to Freres Reunis

Brockton, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Jack Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of 54 N Main St. for $1.025 million. The property, most recently a homeless shelter for Fr. Bill’s & Mainspring, contained 21,400 s/f on three levels and is situated on .52 acres.

Durgin represented the seller, and procured the buyer, Freres Reunis. The buyer, plans to relocate their Freemasons organization there.

Established in 1956, Jack Conway Commercial serves as the commercial real estate division to the Jack Conway Company, the largest independently-owned real estate firm based in Massachusetts.
