E.S. Boulos Co. completes CMP substation project
E.S. Boulos Co. has completed the $1.8 million CMP substation upgrade project that entailed change outs, line terminal upgrades, and P&C system modifications at 12 existing brownfield substations. Construction began in late summer 2011 and was completed in December. ESB's project manager was Tom Rousseau.
