Eaglebrook Capital acquires 10,000 s/f
Somerville, MA Eaglebrook Capital acquires Prospect Iron Works in Union Sq. The 10,000 s/f parcel is located at 82-86 Prospect St. near the Green Line Extension Union Sq. Station. A mid-rise net-zero residential building is planned for the site.
Julian Lewis of Eaglebrook said, “We look forward to a collaborative process with the city of Somerville and members of the Union Sq. neighborhood. This is a tremendous opportunity to create transit-oriented, sustainable-housing in one of Greater Boston’s most diverse and unique communities.”
