East Brown Cow promotes Kazilionis

Portland, ME East Brown Cow has promoted Ceara Kazilionis to manager of operations and human resources. In her new role, Kazilionis will oversee key areas of the company’s daily operations, while also managing human resources and office administration.

In 2023, Kazilionis joined East Brown Cow as operations and asset administrator. In that role, Kazilionis made significant contributions in supporting the company’s real estate operations, tenant relations, and internal workflows. Her wealth of experience in the legal sector, encompassing roles in real estate foreclosure and employment law, has been instrumental in improving operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
